Preparation: Estimate the load weight and select a jack with an appropriate tonnage and stroke. Check that the equipment is in good working order and that the oil level is sufficient.
Connecting the System: Reliably connect the pump station, high-pressure hose, and cylinder using quick-connect couplings, ensuring the valves are closed.
Placing the Jack: Place the cylinder on a solid support point under the load, ensuring alignment and stability. Use shims to increase the pressure-bearing area if necessary.
Lifting: Operate the pump station handle or start the electric pump to slowly increase pressure and lift the load. Closely observe the pressure gauge and the lifting process to ensure smooth operation.
Supporting and Unloading: After lifting to the correct position, if prolonged support is required, place safety support blocks under the load and then depressurize the jack. Open the unloading valve slowly during depressurization.
